Christel Goh is recognised in the inaugural Human Truth Awards because her leadership is shaped by a quiet willingness to be seen before she feels ready, and she tells me that in the early days of building her agency, fear showed up in ways she did not fully recognise at the time.
“There were a lot of doubts,” she says, explaining that she often wondered what former bosses and peers would think of her decision to start her own agency, and whether she would be judged for stepping out on her own.
