Use the M.I.N.E. Framework to turn your lived experience into content
One of the main components of the H.A.L.O Masterclass, I explain how I built a one-person business that grew out of necessity, not hype.
When I left my last job, I did not have a roadmap or a runway. What I had was a neurodiverse daughter who needed four therapy sessions a week and a partner who supported my decision to leave.
A body that was burning out from years of performance and a mind that could no longer tolerate shrinking to fit into other people’s systems.
I started writing because I needed to make sense of my own story. I shared my truth in public, and slowly, it began to resonate, not with everyone, but with the right ones.
That is when I developed the M.I.N.E. framework because I realised that every great piece of content, whether a post, podcast, or digital product, follows the same emotional and intellectual rhythm of Marker, Insight, Narrative and Extension.
It is how I turn raw thoughts into refined trust, how I built my one-person business, and it is what I teach creators and founders to do every week inside Human Algorithm.
Let’s walk through it.
