At some point, I realised that if I did not build a consistent system, I would break. Not metaphorically, because I would mentally and physically fall apart.
My daughter was just diagnosed with global developmental delay, therapy bills were stacking up, and the version of me that once thrived on chaos could no longer survive it.
I would wake up each day with no plan, reacting to problems, scrambling to create, and hoping my brain would cooperate. That is when I realised I did not need more hustle, but a rhythm.
This was about building a business around my capacity, not the other way around. I needed structure that could hold me when my energy dipped, systems that could capture the fleeting insights and rituals that could keep me grounded when the algorithm screamed louder than my nervous system.
