Guest appearance on The UNBiased Podcast
I spoke to host Dharshi Harindra on breaking gender norms, supporting neurodiversity, and why real inclusion starts with everyday actions, not just awareness months.
In this episode of The UNBiased Podcast, I had the opportunity to speak about what true inclusion looks like beyond performative awareness months. We explored the importance of amplifying underrepresented voices, challenging gender norms, and supporting neurodiverse individuals, not just in policy or theory, but in everyday actions.
I shared my personal journey as a gender-fluid creator and parent to a neurodiverse daughter, and how those lived experiences shape my work in media, storytelling, and advocacy. We also unpacked how brands can build real trust through representation, and how allyship starts with curiosity, humility, and action.
This conversation is a call to make inclusion a daily practice, not just a campaign.
