Why should you pay for a podcast in a world flooded with free content?
Because transformation, not just information, is the core of The Human Algorithm Podcast.
This podcast is where technology, business, media, advertising, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) intersect, offering insights that challenge, inspire, and create lasting change. It is not just another voice in the noise.
That’s why only the first episode will be free. After that, the full episodes will only be available to my paying Substack subscribers.
Meaningful content that shifts perspectives and sparks action shouldn’t be undervalued; real value deserves real investment.
The power of authentic voices
As an independent queer creator raising a neurodiverse daughter, I understand first-hand the importance of authentic storytelling.
Representation is a necessity, not just a buzzword. The stories I amplify and the conversations I initiate shape the future of work, technology, and inclusion.
The Human Algorithm platform stands apart in an era where algorithms prioritise virality over value.
I aim to cut through the noise, bringing you unfiltered conversations with those at the forefront of industry transformation, like leaders, disruptors, and changemakers shaping the future with bold ideas and actionable insights.
Making premium access seamless
Substack’s new Spotify integration makes it easier than ever to access premium episodes.
You can listen to exclusive content directly on Spotify, where you already consume your favourite shows: no complicated logins, no friction, just seamless listening.
But that’s not all.
I will feature exclusive up to 10-minute insights from each episode on YouTube and a teaser into the more significant conversations happening behind the paywall. This will give new audiences a taste of what’s to come, allowing them to engage with thought-provoking content before diving deeper into the whole experience.
Why a paywall?
A paywall is a statement, not just a revenue model.
It says that the insights I provide have tangible value. It recognises the labour, research, and expertise that go into each conversation. Most importantly, it allows me to remain independent, free from corporate influence and driven by a commitment to authenticity and impact.
Too often, creators, especially those from underrepresented communities, are expected to give their labour away for free. But why should we?
If we want diverse voices to be heard, we need to support them, not just with likes and shares, but with real investment.
